In 2015, the restructuring of the Mobile Library in Fray Bentos was carried out.
In view of the good results obtained, we made a second experience, adding another 750 books so that 100% of the rural schools of the Department of Río Negro had access to quality educational materials.
The management of the Mobile Libraries was transferred to the Departmental Inspection of Río Negro to extend its operation continuously, from the following year.
